Bahusaṅkaṭa

It is not possible to explain today's crisis just in terms of environmental discourses, because today's crisis is— at the same time— an ecological, political, economic, social, cultural, psychological, ethical, and epistemological crisis. We designate this dependently co-produced, multidimensional, entangled crisis as bahusaṅkaṭa (polycrisis)— a crisis that doesn't have a straight forward solution (or for which, no straight forward solution is possible).
